I have to tell you I am one freaked out man at the way our country is acting, and the things it engages in, as well as it's always changing dialog, definitions, meanings, double talk, codes, verbal judo, smoke & mirrows, and the like.

This is no thinking thing, this is a stupid thing, and we as a people, and as a nation are stupid to let it happen to us. When we were illiterate of the enlightment/knowledge, that was one thing, but now that we know the truth shall we remain as fools living on the land as renters, instead of the owners of such land. Shall we take back what is our's or simply allow it to continue, and bury our heads in the sand.

I would like to take for an example the word “ENTITLEMENT” it's pretty self explanatory i'd say, but it may or may not mean that in a legal document. It may, or may not mean that in court. It may mean what it appears on it's face in plain language or it may not. The simple point is, if it has several meanings to many various people, than how shall we as a people, and as a nation communicate with each other in an intelligent manor.?

Now to my next pet peeve. Who decides what the meanings of things are from day to day, and as of the internet age, from minute to minute. I know the answer, it's the lawyers, politicians, corporations, the bloggers and the like, not us poor stupid average folks.

I want to know who said anything about, or actual created a government program called “ENTITLEMENTS” This is “Crazy Stupid” from my stand point. By the way stupid crazy is a another way of saying it's crazy and stupid. I feel with reasonable, and factual cause we are fools for allowing it to happen. I feel we are even more foolish as a people and a nation to allow it to continue.

The entitlements program as I understand them as of today says that any citizen of the UNITED STATES is entitled to many various things worth a lot of money such as welfare, food stamps, college, housing, cheese, milk, and so forth and so on. This is true if they “qualify” . Who decides who is qualified.? and what makes such a person qulified. We all know it's the government bureaucrats, those that are appointed government officials, that are not accountable to us the people. By the way while we are on this subjesct area you see no where that if you are an American Citizen, that you are entitled to anything.

This whole arena of topic areas of money, entitlements, political status, constitution, declaration of independence, as well as our two forms of government is getting more complicated to explain to the begainer in their quest for the truth, and knowledge, as well as the wisdom to fully engage in such.

I hope you have read the preceding pages before you got to this page. If so you will already understand, if not and for our new readers studying them self's to be approved in knowledge, we shall go on a deep, but yet short crash course.

citizen of the UNITED STATES, with a lower case “c” in the word citizen makes and puts you in a new class of people, some say even if the "C" in citizen is a capitol letter it still stands same as; and when the UNITED STATES, appears in all upper case letters, it is not the constitutional United States as correctly spelled, and founded by our forefathers.

Where as an American Citizen is one of “We The People” of the Constitutional United States of America as correctly spelled. So if you, or I say we are an American Citizen of the United States of America, we are saying we are boss, we claim our birthright of inheritance from our founding forefathers.

If we say we are a citizen of the UNITED STATES, we are the servants to the corporate, and bankrupt USA INC. Who is totally indebted to the Federal Reserve Bank, which is privately owned by a Banking Cartel of a few private people from here and around the world.

That is why all the so called money says ( Federal Reserve Note ) it is what it says it is, a note, same as a car note, house note, and so forth.

It is a debt. It is borrowed money; money from the private bankers association called the Federal Reserve Bank.

The name is even seemingly a trick of sorts to give you the illusion that it is a Federal Agency, which it is not.

Just think that the so called money you have is not money, it is an uncashed check/debt to the government, that you use to switch debt from one person to another in a bankrupt system. Yep it's true.

I say for you to study all our pages and you will see that Presidents Woodrow Wilson, and FDR Franklin D. Roosevelt whom were Progressives as well as socialist made and caused a major portion of all this mess we are in now, but in truth there are many players for 50-100 years now and counting, with Barrack H. Obama currently taking things to a new heights beyond our wildest imagination.

In the 1930's

President FDR filed our papers for the United States of America to go into bankruptcy, and go in receivership to the Federal Reserve Bank, meaning they hold all our debt with the collateral of all citizens of the UNITED STATES and all land, and assets of such.

In fact "Your birth certificate" is held as collateral for your labor's being taxed and it's called income tax.

American Citizen of the United States of America owes nothing to anyone but God. His personal private property including his labor is not taxable in any form by anyone.

It is his as God gave it to him, and government can't tax a Sovereign Man or a Church as they are God's not the governments. The government is without authority/jurisdiction over either one.

The government/federal reserve bank "owns nothing" of We The People, American Citizens, nor our private land and possessions, nor anything the several 50 states own. They try hard to make you think they do, but they don't. It is just more government lies.

( They hide this from you. They know if you knew the truth you would start a revolution tomorrow, so they use the governments book of lies, tricks, tactics, fraud, deception, layers upon layers of bureaucracy to bury the truth deep. )

I can tell you those greedy, snobby, arrogant, pompous, people called politicians are working to keep this secret from you 24/7. Not all politicians are bad, and/or do bad, but when 80% or more are; by there actions as stated above; I just sum them up as a group. The next thing gets a bit more tricky. Where does entitlements come from in the constitution.?

Well is does not come from there, the only thing that comes from our constitution is our rights as a people, and as individuals to be free to make our own way in life, on our on, without any government interference. That's is what we are entitled to, and nothing more in the nut shell. I know there is really much more we are entitled to such as free speech, even unpopular, and hateful speech, and the like so long as we don't hurt anyone, or step on anthers rights, or attempt to rally/promote others to hurt people, or violate their rights.

We are free to exercise our religion what ever that is, and enact in it's rituals with out interference from the government even when the government don't agree, understand it, or like it, so long as the religion is not physical hurting anyone, or attempting to rally people to go physical hurt others. I Brother Daymond also believe that such religious freedoms allows, even those I don't any many will not want to, allows “We The People” if we choose to, handle snakes, spiders, alligators, birds, drink alcohol, ingest marijuana, or drink a coke a cola, it's their bodies not ours. It is our right to or not to as we choose.

We each are the master over our own bodies, and we worship whom ever our God may be. It could even be the non spoke of religion of: “NON RELIGION” non religion is real and it's a serious religion. It is normally an individual religion where by the believer has a system of thoughts and beliefs that came from no where and go no where.

Some say they see themselves as a freak of nature as it were. Some believers think they came from the “BIG BANG' belief system, and have no where to go, while still yet others believe that they come from somewhere and go somewhere but not sure where that is, or if anyone is out there as a God.

I Brother Daymond think of these believers as the. "Non religion"  or the wild card “uncertain religion”.

These people have an absolute right 100%, to believe what ever they choose, or not to believe, just as a Christian, Jew, Mormon, Catholic, or Muslim can believe what they want.

The point is some religious leaders, politicians, as well as other influential people try to decide what is, an acceptable religion and rites of such in our society.

I say to the government “Well Guess What” you don't decide for me, as I am free, I worship as I choose, and if you interfere with me or my people in our religious freedoms you are violating my/our rights given to me/us by God and I will fight you to maintain my rights.

We will not trade one ounce of my freedom for a pound of your so called security. " Live free or die" I think that's New Hampshire's motto, and will be ours as well.

Keep in mind that my ancestries wrote the Declaration of Independence, and The Constitution, The Bill of Rights, and by birth right I claim my inheritance, and my God given Rights, and I shed not one once of these God given rights to any government.

My people and your people in the beginning of this nation formed, and founded this nation because the King of England “UK” ran rough shot over the people of the 13 colones, and treated them badly. Many of our ancestors gave their life for these freedoms for themselves and us as their prosperity.

We The People, than gave a small amount of our individual sovereignty to our individual states respectively as State Citizens as we were then, and as we remain State Citizens to this day.

In turn each of the individual states in order to strengthen our hand in the world and pool our resources made a corporate form of government in a place called and designated as Washington D.C. This new association of States called it's self, The United States of America.

This new Company United States of America that was formed, was to work for the good of the each of the several states, and it's State Citizens. This contract ( Constitution ) with the several states gave an even smaller portion of there small portion of it's sovereignty to this new formed corporation/association called The United States of America so the amount of authority/sovereignty/jurisdiction give to the new corporation/association by the states was extremely low and limited.

The real power remained then just as it does today with

'WE THE PEOPLE'

Moving right along this new association,corporation,company as a legal entity had to have a President, Vice President, Secretary, and a Treasury. And a board of trustees “CONGRESS” the upper and lower house. Collectively called the United States of America, and it had a legal division called the Supreme Court that would oversee that the new Federal Govt./Corporation did not over step it's bounds with the Several States, or the real bosses 'WE THE PEOPLE”

This system is based and known as is the three separate and equal powers of government that operate the checks and balance in the system of the new association/corporation. The Executive ( President ) aka Manager,

The ( Congress ) aka Board/Trustees,

and ( Supreme Court ) aka Legal.

Over time people in places of public trust, our public servants, decided they wanted more power and authority. They desired to be Boss over the real boss “WE THE PEOPLE” so they, by trickery, lies, deceit, bribes, fraud, along with other ungodly acts, started stealing night and day from us “We The People” including our rights, as well as making a heavy over loaded, and extremely bloated government bureaucracy of agencies, regulatory boards, special committees, special districts, covered in so many rules, regulations and layers that no one could figure it out.

Over time everyone in general accepted what those in public service were saying was true. “We The People Never lost one Right” One can never loose a Right given to them by God, only God who gave it may remove it.

Many of us 'We The People” were defrauded into believing we lost our Rights in one manor or another. One more big lie of big government.

The educational limits of the average American Citizen some 40-100 years ago ( Average education )when this unconstitutional huge takeover of America begain was extremely low.

This was the perfect time to take candy from a baby as it were.

So I am guessing and estimating that many folks had a 1^st or 2 ND grade education in many cases, and most likely many people had no schooling at all public or private.

It is easy to deceive/trick/fraud someone with little or no education, but it is quite another with a person of education, enlightenment & wisdom.

The congress pressed hard to increase it's authority/jurisdiction, and power. The President did the same as well, and the people were tricked day by day ever so slowly.

I contend that any law, rule, authority/jurisdiction, or power that came into being is null and void if gained by any kind of fraud whats so ever, and that's what happened to

“WE THE PEOPLE' so I would say 2/3rds of the Federal Govt./Corporation's jurisdiction, laws, agencies, and their regulations are illegal.

The welfare of:

'WE THE PEOPLE' are to protect us from all enemies inside and outside of our country by the military, and we the people being armed as a militia to fight for whats ours. We are free to explore space, land, under the land, and the oceans for food, a better way for us to live, make sure our God given rights are not violated. Welfare is Not to fund a statute of a naked woman and call it art where children can see it.

Welfare is a fraud on everyone concerned. I go out and earn a living, and the government comes to me with a metaphorical gun and threatens to kill me, or imprison me if I don't fork over some money they call tax on my personal private labor. Then in turn they get to decide whom they wish to give it to.

The recipients of my money ( welfare voters ) which was redistributable against my will, given to the chosen "people/voters" in a “no written contract of agreement” that is in effect is an agreement that the recipients ( welfare voters ) will vote for them politicians and further agree to increase their power. This is perversion.

God speaks of it often in his scriptures/word about perversion as above.

I call that a theft and a bribe, and this teaches the recipient not work which lowers the economy. It teaches them to be a living leach on us whom pay taxes, and work.

It teaches us workers, and tax payers to want to give up and give in on achieving much money and success, as we know the goverment will come calling, and stealing from us again, and again.

If I or you did most of the things the goverment does every day, we would be put into jail/prision and or shot for theft, fraud, and even treason.

If it is wrong for anyone it is wrong for everyone, including goverment.

I say charge them criminaly. I say put them in jail for there crimes. There crimes are out in public view most of the time. Use the evidence and convict them.

Take our nation back.

If all the fraud of welfare, so called entitlements, food stamps, paid housing, government backed loans, and The Federal Reserve Banks,  were abolished we would be fine. We could make our own government backed money, backed by Gold & Silver as it once was etc., etc,

We as a people could and probably would consider a fair legitimate and lower reasonable purchase tax, not income tax that everyone pays “WE THE PEOPLE MIGHT AGREE TO IT” if we don't agree that's our right as well.

This country operates on excise taxes, and such, the federal income tax is a scam, it pays to the Federal Reserve Bankers ( Private People ) interest on the governments loans, not to run the government or it's programs.

States have to get money somehow so it has to have an State Tax on people, or a Sales Tax to operate, it don't have excise taxes to run on.

However with basic State government the said sales tax would likely be 3% to 4% at most, and other city, county, and misc. taxes in the State would likely be 1% to 3% so at most everyone would pay at most 7% on all their money, and it would be real money at that backed by gold, & silver. We could and would have real wealth again in our nation.

Welfare and Entitlements, and other programs teaches people to remain uneducated in some cases, and/or on food stamps, and they can't read many times what food label says, and them if they are able to read the label they certainly don't know what the words means, or anything about the number of servings.

If the government was a person they would be in prison for life. If a company does wrong and commits criminal acts the President/Chief Operating Officer goes to jail for the company. We say we should impeach, remove, and try President Barrack Hussein Obama aka Berry Sataro and sentence him to life for the governments crimes, and let Uncle Nasty Joe Biden the Presidents replacement know he is next if he does not “OUT” and bring to the light of day to all the government corruption and try all these criminals, and return our government to it correct place as required in the constitution.

I personally have nothing against the Maybe President, and when I say President I am still yet to be satisfied he was born in Hawaii, and thereby eligible to be elected and hold the Constitutional Office of President.

I say if he shows the long form, and it's authenticated by several resound experts from many various countries and across the country with at least a 90% agreement that such document is real it's real & legit then I'm good with it, but till then I'll have my suspicions. I guess he's an o.k. Guy as far as socialist go, and professors go, and politicians go, and maybe to have a cookie with, or some cool aid, or maybe play some basket ball with or something easle, but as a leader, he fails so badly. There is two to one evidence that Oboma was born in Kenya, Africa. In a civil case he would loose.

I'll make you a bet as it where, if he The President woke up tomorrow and the corporate congress decided to protect their hides from the American people and was about to impeach and remove him and try him and send him to jail for life unless he could prove he was legally the President he would himself resign immediately to stop this from happening. He would give some big speech about how he is the real President, but give 100 reasons why he thinks it's best for him to resign. He always does what benefits him, and messes with the rest of us.

He is no dummy, he is smart and sharp man, but certainly no leader. I am almost certain he does not qualify to be a scout leader, as even the boy scouts require you be moral, ethical, have integrity, and well come to think of it, I guess Obama and Congress, and the Supreme Court as a whole with few exceptions could not be scout leaders in all likelihood, they all lack the honesty and leadership required to hold this spot.
