I like to start off as a man, and the pastor by saying I am a siner and I fail God daily in my life.

I repent for my short comming and any sin that I commit.

I am a man, a flawed vesel. I do a lot of labor in my own back yard, before I get to yours I promise you.

I have been where you are now, or where you have been. Being a pastor, a man of God's, his mouth piece is no easy task as we have a target on us from many people in this old world.

Some desire to judge other's, but they do not wish judgement upon themselves. I myself do my best to judge easy, so when I am judged I to desire to be judged easy.

Now on the introduction page it goes through a lot of truth and one truth is that our current state of government is outside of God's will.

I do my best  to obey all laws, and to uphold all laws to the best of my ability.

Even when I disagree with them.

For example

I currently have a CDL driver license, for commerce - not private

I dont believe I need one in private but

( only in commerce)

by the true law, including a supreme court case that made it plain as day we do not, unless you drive commercialy, not as a private man or woman

Hopefuly and prayfuly soon the truth will be shown and will be widely accepted.

I still uphold the law the way I was tought.  I was tought to use common sense, common logic, be fair, be honest, do that which is right in the sight of God.

I started out young in a uniform. In fact I started the ROTC program in high school in the year of 1977

In 1978 I started the Dallas, Texas Police Department as a Police Cadet/Explorer.

In the year of 2017 It makes 39 years of public service for me

My life in the nutshell as it were.

 I have spent my whole life in law enforcement as a peace officer, often reffered to as law enforcement.

I served as an officer, investigator, firearms instructor, and so many posistions and ranks I can't remember all of them. I retired as a Chief of Police in Florida in 1996 & again in 2005.

 In the year of of 1996/97 & again in 2005 I found that I could not be satisfied in retirement of being a peace officer - law enforcement.

I say 1996/97 because I was on terminal leave as the Chief of Police in 1996 in November through mid 1997 by agreement.

I retired my posistion as Chief of Police in Nov. 1996 but my OT, Vacation, sick leave Comp. time etc carried me on the payrol and posistion as Chief of Police untill mid 1997.....

By that time i was on another agency as a Florida Peace Officer - Law Enforcement Officer -

Later on I accepted a:

job at the Office of Sheriff as a dual certified Deputy Sheriff, in Florida's Capitol City/County, Tallahassee/Leon; and I remained there till I accepted a medical/administrative line of duty injury retirement in March of 2008.

I helped save a man's life in the line of duty resulting in my "line of duty injury."

My doctor cleared me to go back to full duty about a month later, but politics got in the way at the sheriff's office. I could have protested it, but I let it go.

II moved on to Alabama and took a reserve DPS law enforcement posistion in less than a year later and served till 2011 and stayed involved in a non sworn way till the summer of 2015 when I went back into a volunteer posistion in Alabama law enforcement.

 I also did other various criminal justice jobs as a secondary job, or between law enforcement jobs such as state Corrections Officer ( D.O.C. ) State Police.

 I worked in city and county Jails, dispatch, bailiff, and the like.

 I also drove a commercial truck over the road off and on as a independant contractor, lease operator, and owner operator. I did my law enforcement job part time while driving over the road as well. I had to call ahead and schedule my law enforcement job for the times and days i would be in off the road.

 I have been to 43 of the 48 continues states of the united states of America.

I have also been to four (4) other nations as well. By boat, car, truck, or van.

 I labored in the area's of

Investigate homicides, rape cases, home invasions, fraud, stolen goods, and the like.

                                                                                                                  of I worked with E 911 services including, communications & command center.

Court Security.

 law enforcement, public safety,  Fire, EMS.

I think final retirement as a peace officer is not in the picture for me as of yet.

 It really depends on the move of God upon me in what manner to go.

 I have been told more than once to leave God at the door when I go to labor, to which I say, I do not check my Inalienable Rights, or Constitutional Rights at the door when I labor, nor out in the public, or social gatherings.

 I am totaly sold out to God as best as I know how to be, but yet I still fall short daily, and I tell all men not to keep their eyes on me, but upon God as I will fail them, but God never will.

 I and the church are one and the same as I see it, believe it, and live it each and every day.

 I can in no way seperate myself and the church, there is no split in any manor.

 I believe each of us has the church inside of us, and we come together to worship, and assemble ourselves to strengthen ourselves and to move mountains as a body.

 One puts a thousand to flight, and two puts ten thousand to flight, and so forth and so on, so we each are our own church per say and a whole body when assembled.

 Any one of us can do mightly as God moves upon us, and we can do more in numbers.

 Jesus being God in the flesh could do any and all things alone, but he assembled 12 men to make his ministry about the land, and their church was where ever they hung their hat as it were from day to day.

 It is the same here. An address or a building don't make a church, but only a place to gather to worship as a group of believers in Jesus, and a place to carry out rites of the church such as marriage, counseling and the like.

 Our church is on the move as Jesus's church was in the days when he walked amoung men.

 We have an address to recieve mail, and a phone to get messages, and an e-mail account to get messages as well, but the church as it were is each of us seperately, and jointly as well.

 I believe any person whom checks God at the door at labor, social events, private gatherings, etc., etc., is no more a christian than a rock in the ground.

I mean if you leave God at the door then you are ashamed of him and he is/will be ashamed of you as per the scriptures of his word.

 I do judge as best as I can, as I am required to do so by God, but to do so rightly.

I also know I will be measured back by the same stick of judgement that I use in my judgement of others, and other situations.

 Now I also call an orange an orange and that is not a judgement, it is factual, now if I said it was a good or bad, or tasty orange then that is a judgement.

 So some have gotten angry with me over the years for stating a person was a homosexual, fornacator, adulter, thief, vagabond, homeless, white, black, brown, red, tan, or a Jew, Christian, a laborer, a manager or the like which was factual and I say it is a fact by what ever means. It is publicly known as fact.

 If I say a certain man is a good or bad man, or some such thing then I am making a judgement call on a known fact, based upon my belief.

At that point I am judging, and that's fine, but I will be held to the same standard according to God's word. So id better use judgement lightly.

 Jesus does not say for us not to Judge, but he let's us to know that if we judge harshly, we should be prepared to recieve harsh judgment back upon ourself's, and if we are gentle in judgment we will get that back as well.

Ministry in my life started when I was a small child. I can not tell you my exact age, but I was approximately 4 or 5 years old when I first remember being in church with my mother, and grand mother.

 I was a busy boy and I was super hyper active beyond any boy I knew, and I was always trying to figure out a way to get around mom, and grandma.

 Dad was a different story. Dad was a former Marine not long out of the corp. and he did not play at all.

 Dad was great to me, but he had to keep love in one hand, and a belt in the other at all times.

 I learned to respect dad quick, fast, and in a hurry, as my tail end depended on it.

I was a fast one, but not fast enough when it came to dad.

 I figured my dad had his own special sense and always knew when I was going to "get dumb", and he was always waiting for me.

 Sometimes dad was waiting with advise, sometimes with a belt, sometimes with a hug, sometimes with questions, and sometimes with God given wisdom.

 Dad always taught me that God was everything, and all power, and we owe everything to God.

Dad taught me alot about God and instilled in me a great faith in God.

 I always felt like God and my dad had a special relationship unlike most people as he and God really talked alot, and I mean talked, not like some.

 I mean talked like two everyday people talking. This was a two way conversation, and I have been blessed with this same special gift of God to speak with him on daily bases for many years now.

 Jesus and I have a solid two way communication everyday.

Jesus talks to everyone, but some never listen, or they hear him, and refuse to listen to him.

 I am not so special in the fact that he talks to me, but I am special in the fact that I hear Jesus, and talk back with him for a full communication.

We have effective communication and the best relationship.

 I do not consider myself religious, I consider myself to have a relationship with Jesus as Father and son.

 I understand the difference, and most do not and that is unfortunate.

 Remember the "religious crowd" is the one's that killed our Lord and Saviour.

 The pharisee's did it. They knew every scripture by word, but knew not the spirit of the law, they knew not Jesus.

 In other words the "Spirit of God's law" Saves, and the "law of the word"/ "Letter of the Law Kills".

 Have you ever heard that the spirit of the law, and not the letter of the law should be applied.

 Simple meaning is to look into the law to see what it's meaning is over all,

what is the law trying to accomplish, not the word for word meaning.

 Say if a law was passed for a certain type store to be closed on Sunday's. It was thought that book stores, and hardware stores, and such were not a nessary store, like a food store, or gas station for example.

The law to close these type stores  was made so these folks could go to church, but in the law it's self the

( Word for Word )

it may list the items specificlly that could not be sold on Sunday's, and items that could be sold on sunday's, 

so the merchants would look at the exact words and conclude that they could infact stay open, and sell only what they could sell legaly on Sunday.

So in that case the spirit was correct and good, but the actual wording of the law allowed the merchants to get around the law as it were and remain open.

 That's the perfect example; meaning the law was meant to close the store on Sunday for church, but the letter allowed the store to be open per say.

 So the intent was voided and no longer accomplishing it's intent and is now worthless.

 So the same was true with the Pharisees in that the laws were made for one thing but the letter let it be applied differently.

they missed the intent intirelly.

 That is why Jesus told the pharisees that they strain at nats, that they consume no meat during fasting, but swallow camels, this said in wisdom in the form of a parable.

 All about Mom she was a multitasker, and smart, always chasing after me.

 Mom was a sweet lady and super mom, and did her best to keep me close by as I would be by todays standards ADHD.

 Back in them days I was just plain hyper, or energetic.

 Mom saved me more than once from trouble, and was a great mom and she still is to this day, and I love her so much.

Mom is a real Lady!!!!

 My brother Michael is a different kind of guy, he makes his own way and path in life.

He is special made as it were.

 Mike is thoughtful of people, polite, and kind, but don't cross him or he will get upset quickly.

 He is a good brother to me and I love him dearly, and glad he is there for me.

 I am so blessed to have a great family here, and there as well.

Great folks and brother, and a great wife and son.

I thank God every day for them.

Where I stand as a man under God and his authority.

I myself am an  Anointed  King, High Priest and  Ambassador of God's to man, and his servant  Government .

This office is Superior to all Government offices, but due to ignorence in the land by mathodical means of the last 90 plus years our people in the 50 state republics have forgotten this fact.

Government operates in one realm and God's Church another, however we are not co equals.

We are Superior for two specific reasons.

1. We are real, and God's children

2. We were here first, and have superior standing in every way possible.

We are bound by God's word/law Holy Bible KJV and no other.

We serve under his flag and no other.

We are locked in God's Covenants, and cannot agree to anything repugnant to his covenants.

Our covenants with God are first, and require our first duty to him and our everlasting covenants.

We can only make contracts that do not violate our covenants with God.

A drive license, marriage license, work license, or any license is void and against our covenants with God.

Do you see why our founding fathers wrote the constitution to say we do establish and ordain this document meaning with God's blessing upon it?

Do you see that God grants inalienable rights to his children, not civil rights that come from an inferior government.

A man has a right under God to travel by foot, automobile, roller skates, or by horse back without any so called license which would make him violate his prior covenant’s with God. This so called license would make him bound to the state for a privilege it give which is subordinate to God given rights.

Do you see a state issued marriage license says the state gives you permission for a fee and a tax to do what God commanded you to do?

That is perverted and violates your covenant with God.

You need to learn God first then about your servants Government that is off the tracks and damaging many of us children of God's.

WAKE UP, STOP SLUMBERING.









God's gifts to me are special, and different.

I really believe anyone can talk to God if they desired to do so, and he would talk to them as well. I also think God talks to people all the time but they do not listen.

I have had many deep and serious talks with God. I remember some talks better than others.

I remember God told me he was going to give me a home, and he did, totaly free, it was a gift to me, but he did not tell me that he was giving me something else as well; but he also threw in a free car with the home at the same time.

God has tendered the heart of several people many times to my favor. God told me he was going to, I believed him, and he did it. God has used me to pray for others, lay hands on the sick, to speak prophecy into the lives of many people, to preach, to exhort, to teach, and I call myself a double blessed man.

Some people ask me about "My Church" well first of all it's God's Church, not mine, but with that said I know what most people mean. I must say this before I go own any further. I believe the scriptures are absolute, correct and the unfailable word of God.

God say's that we each are the church in of ourselves, and as a body. Simply translation is four walls, a floor, and a cealing does not make a church, but only a meeting place for the body of Christ Jesus.

My church as people like to ask, is in the field with the people, on the internet to the world, in my home, where ever God sends me. My church is in my heart just as everyone else's is.

I do not mean to take away from a house of prayer, a meeting place, a so called church in that it is a church building, but only people make it a church.

I have so named and claimed in and under my God given rights, our family home as Jesus"Church" for all intents and purposes.

We pray here, we teach Jesus here, we exort here, and we do as Jesus instructs us to do in our home.

We are open to all people whom wish to come to our "Home Church" and attend a bible meeting, teaching, or a prayer service.

We are here to counsel with anyone about any need they have, or to counsel with you about a loved one in need, or help you prepare for a marriage, deal with addictions, funeral, or what ever the need is.
