Just Sharing…a Poetical Thought

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in His should not perish, but have everlasting life.

For God sent not His Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through Him might be saved. John 3:16&17 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither temps He any man.

But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. Then when lust has conceived, it brings forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bring forth death.

James 1: 13-15 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers (demons) also be transformed as the minsters of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. II Corinthians 11:14-15 Be not deceived; God is not mocked for whatsoever a man sows, that shall he also reap. Galatians 6:7

Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in the lusts thereof.

An Ode to Satan

Never again will I see,

Another memory of you and me.

Never again will I feel,

A deceitful care, that seemed so real.

You came and went from my life,

And left with me much sorrow and strife.

You tried to tear and mar and destroy,

But I revived from your evil ploy.

You never cared or loved my soul.

You wanted my death, to receive your toll

You made life shine and glisten with lust.

You said make merry, live it all or bust.

I listened and wandered, through a land unknown.

I stumbled and fell, with no help of my own.

I- did this, I- caused all this misery and pain.

And you looked with content, at my life so vain.

You were ready to encourage, to push and

shove;

Anything to keep me from my Maker’s Love.

He cared and watched and kept me from death;

Just hoping I’d call, before I took my last breath.

No more could I take! No more could I bare.

I called His name, “Jesus!” Instantly- He was there.

I had found Him, Who had kept me and loved.

He took me by the hand and led me; He never shoved.

Jesus saved me! and Loves me; never will I roam.

For now I have the Truth and know that with Him, I am Home.

I had a bad falling out in my life over 30 years ago and I had allowed Satan to whisper in my ear and cause me to feel judged and not worthy of the forgiveness of my Lord.

I backslide into the depth of the terribleness and horribleness that Satan can bring and cause, making all appear good and pleasing.

Jesus, by His Holy Spirit, never left me alone and never stopped loving me. At a wonderful moment that only our Lord could only engineer He touched my heart and soul and defeated the evil spell that I had allowed Satan to bring upon my mind and spirit.

He did so before I would allow Satan to destroy me, which is what Satan wanted. Jesus drew me to Him and I cried out and “Instantly” I knew that He was there; and then later ‘Real Eyes’d’ that He had always been there, as He ‘never left me nor forsook me’.

He is always there for you, as you are His child saved by the blood of Jesus, and He can be there for you as Savior, as you are in the depth of sin and death. Call unto Him, confess that you are a sinner in need of saving, ask Him to give you life as you are in the death of sin. He is there, He is waiting.

He will never go against your choice but He will respond instantly as you choose life from Him to overcome the death of sin and lies of Satan. He will hear and answer and respond as you trust Him and receive Him as Savior and Lord.

Good Morning

(Galatians 2:20) Without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he that comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of them that diligently seek Him". (Hebrews 11:6)
I can do all things through Christ Who strengthens me". (Philippians 4:13) The One Who loves us gives us an overwhelming victory in all (of our) difficulties.

I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God's Love which Christ Jesus our Lord shows us. We can't be separated by death or life, by angels or rulers, by anything in the present or anything in the future, by forces or powers in the world above or in the world below, or by anything else in creation". (Romans 8:37-39) (GWT) "For to me to live is Christ and to die is gain". (Philippians 1:21)

As children of God, we have every reason to stand with our heads up and our shoulders back, fearing nothing in this world; and by His strength or power that we chose and allow to work within us we are undefeated and "more than a conqueror". Paul said in Ephesians 3:20, "Now unto Him that is ABLE to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us". By Him we are Courageous Christians. My Sister-in-Christ, Angie Maris, in Queensland, Australia has spoke her heart and spirit on this truth and I desire to share her thought with you:

Hi to all my beautiful friends
It seems lately our Lord has been speaking to me about being 'brave', which is courage in action and I feel to share with you the little bit I have learned and hope it helps you as it did and does me. :-) It's simple but also powerful at the same time, it can change your life and change the lives of those around you too.
Bravery to me is 'Being Courageous'. Which is choosing to be positive regardless of the situation you may be in, whether it be on-going pain, chronic illness, fear, depression, loneliness, feeling inadequate, financial debt, relationship break-ups etc... you keep your focus on moving forward! Not stuck in the 'mud' of negativity, instead to look at the positives in life and to help those around you and keep moving forward on your journey... Being brave is 'Courage in action'. Let us all choose to be COURAGEOUS.
Every day is a day of living... Living the choice you made within your heart when you awoke in the morning. The choice of being courageous. Choosing to look at the positives, choosing to help others around you, choosing to move forward, regardless of life's 'mud' thrown your way!

This precious life we have been given is not about sitting in the 'mud' that can come our way but rather choosing to use that 'mud' to paint a pretty picture... Its what we make of it eh?

How Great is Your Success?

There is a land of a Brighter day.

By Jesus I proclaim, I’m on my way.

By His Word, Eternally - I know I live.

All this freely, did my Father give.

He loved me so much, He gave His Best.

And then His Son, did the rest.

My Savior demoted Himself for me;

To progress in the flesh – to know life as we.

Yes, for all the world, our Savior came.

To know – to experience: to overcome the same.

A phrase is resounded, “This story is old”,

“I’ve heard it and heard it; its been told and told”.

I’m glad ‘fleshly’ is not my Lord’s state.

For if it were –Doomed! Would be our fate!

My heart is happy, my mind is clear;

There is nothing in this world, that I have to fear.

I love my Jesus, He is my Way,

To live forever and successful each day.

Take time to examine your mind and heart.

A Daily Devotional

MORNING

(Jesus said) What shall I do unto you? And he said, Lord, that I may receive my sight. (Luke 18:41)

Lord open my eyes, that I may behold wondrous things out of Your law. (Psa. 119:18)

Then He opened their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures. (Luke 24:45) The Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in My name, … shall teach you all things. (John 14:26) Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights.(understanding) (John 1:17)

The God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, … give unto youthe spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him: the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, and what (is) the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, andwhat is the exceeding greatness of His power to usward who believe, according to the working of His mighty power.(Eph. 1:17-19)

In all that God has for us He never brings, projects or ever causes any confusion. Confusion is not of God, it is of the Devil. He does have for us all understanding. He sent His Holy Spirit, through Jesus Christ our Lord, to teach us and to lead us into all Truth, all understanding. To lead us into all understanding, purposing to clear up any and all confusion. Our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ, wants us "to know" all that is in "the hope of His calling". He wants us to know "what is the exceeding greatness of His power to us who believe". He wants our understanding to be full, to know all that we can know of Who He is and who we are in Him. As we grow, in Him, and come to a maturity to know; we can and we will know.

So then let us, "Study to show ourselves approved unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth." II Timothy 2:15 Those who say 'Well, we're just not meant to understand all of the Bible', are not speaking the truth.

"We are sure that we know Christ if we obey His commandments. The person who says, "I know Him", but doesn't obey His Commandments is a liar. The truth isn't in that person. But whoever obeys what Christ says is the kind of person in whom God's Love is perfected. That's how we know that we are in Christ. Those who say that they live in Him must live the same way that He lived". (1 John 2: 3-6 - GWT) This Truth requires us to KNOW His Word, that He absolutely desires us to know and understand. "The Holy One has anointed you, so all of you have knowledge". (1 John 2:20 - GWT) "God has revealed those things to us by His Spirit. The Spirit searches everything, especially the deep things of God. After all, who knows everything about a person except that person's own spirit? Now, we didn't receive the spirit that belongs to the world. Instead, we received the Spirit Who comes from God so that we could KNOW the things which God has freely given to us. We don't speak about these things using teachings that are based on intellectual arguments like people do. Instead, we us the Spirit's teachings. We explain spiritual things to those who have the Spirit". (1 Corinthians 2: 10-13 - GWT)
