III. The District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871, otherwise known as the Act of 1871, created a corporation in the District of Columbia called the United States of America. The act revoked prior legislation relative to the district's municipal charter and, most egregiously, led to adoption of a fraudulent constitution in which the original Thirteenth Amendment was omitted.

IV. Today, what appears to the public as the United States Constitution is not the complete document, as it was never lawfully amended to remove the Thirteenth Amendment. Instead, the document presented as the United States Constitution is merely a mission statement for the corporation unlawfully established in the Act of 1871.

V. The purpose of this Act is to recognize that the original Thirteenth Amendment, which prohibits titles of nobility, is properly included in the United States Constitution and is the law of the land.

The act is also intended to end the infiltration of the Bar Association and the judicial branch into the executive and legislative branches of government and the unlawful usurpation of the people’s right, guaranteed by all, but especially in the New Hampshire Constitution, as well as others; to elect county attorneys who are not members of the bar.

This unlawful usurpation gives the judicial branch control over all government and the people in the grand juries. As long as the original Thirteenth Amendment is concealed from the people, there shall never be justice or a legitimate constitutional form of government.

There is far more to study to fully understand this, and all the issues it brings up.

The 13th Amendment was ratified by publication in Virginia's codes and laws books, as well as over a dozen other state's law books, with no question as to it's validity, authority, truth, as well as its lawfulness.

This came about due to the war of 1812 with England, and attorney's in the BAR ASSOCIATION, and others with royal title, or other title or nobility were working on the inside, to gain unlawful control of America through untrue laws, false treaties, and such.

So the Congress passed, and the states as such, ratified the Amendment, and published it in many law books, most especially in Virginia's codes and laws, and Virginia was the last state to decide if it would be ratified or not, so it made publication of ratification, and may have as well used normal standards of notification, to which we do not have a record of, but does not mean it did not occur.



The 14th Amendment was never ratified, and is a long story.

The states that so-called ratified it, rescinded the ratification, and states that had not ratified it, did so.

The vote and re-vote in the end did not have enough votes to pass as ratified, so the 14th Amendment does not exist, just by being in a law book, based on undisputable evidence.

You see the Supreme Court of These United States don't want to change this misjustice to us, "We The People," as it would undo most of government, as attorney's have set up the laws, and legislators, voting, etc. have defined law falsely to us the people.

They want to hide our rights, and to make blacks second class citizens by law. That is a even longer story, but true, and we can prove it.

The Supreme Court said we have 2 classes of citizens, those that previously existed, "White Men" whom were sovereign state republic Citizens, and this new citizen of the United States Of America. One has rights, and one has civil rights/privileges.

That's why when a white man and a black man went to court the white man won the case, as Rights triumph privileges, even if called rights. This is unfair and fraudulent.

That is why black men held signs saying "I am a man," meaning not property, and equal with white men, which is true in God, but not within this law they had.

Black men said they were treated like second class citizens, which was true according to the court, as they were and still are, second class citizens by law, as 14th Amendment citizens, whereas Whites were, and are, "We The People," who, contracted by organic law, made a government, and had inalienable rights from God, and 1st class Citizens with inalienable rights, not civil rights. Inalienable rights come from God, and civil rights/privileges come from government.  See the difference?

White attorney's made these laws, not the 95% of poor white folks. It's still the same today.

The courts said the original people had no status change by the 14th Amendment, as it was solely for the property of the United States to be set free with some Federal protections, and they made the so- called 14th Amendment, and made civil rights legislative laws for the newly made special citizens on federal land, not within a state republic.

That's why Jim Crow laws were able to be, and were unfair systems of law.

White men could kill, hurt, or steal from a black man without issue.

The courts knew people were getting wiser every day, so they have made case law as if it was superior to the constitution, which it is not.

To mislead, trick, seem to say one thing but mean another...

one Amendment is not real, and the other is. We have 2 13th Amendments and no 14th Amendment.

We are not making this up. It is true, but sad.

We believe God created all of us, and we all have full rights from God, it's the government that plays word games, with meanings of words every day.

Don't be tricked.

 We believe the true Constitution applies to all men, and in every way, and if blacks and whites got along, and addressed these crimes that occur to all of us equally, in modern day law we could ALL take back America and really all be free and have real money not so-called money.

FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES

A note is a debt, not money.

Silver and gold are real money, and have a set value forever in trade.

Ever notice rich folks have gold and silver, and poor folks have federal reserve notes from a private bank that a few men own, not the government as some think wrongly.

The so-called government made a classified decision that was to pit blacks against whites and keep the country in a state of bickering so that we would never come together as one nation truly under God and take control of our nation...and all be wealthy.

We each would have, by our estimates, approximately 1.5 million in real gold, or more, and many as much as 10 million from our families as we would all have real gold, and silver, and we could all have servants.

In truth when we say all, we mean 80% or more, so 20%, more or less, would labor as paid servants for the rest of us as they choose to, and we could also bring in additional help as needed on a state or national level.

Our quality of life would be 250% better, at minimum, for the average American.

A doctor visit would be 40 dollars or less, and real money would have true value, with no inflation at all, and the doctor in turn could buy a hamburger for 2 dollars and so forth and so on.

For people who labor and have a good job, they might make $500. a week and it would be paid in silver or gold and it would go a long way.

We would not have welfare, as it's unconstitutional, but communities could easy set up a safety network for the poor and needy, just as they did in the 1700's where families took care of several members in one home -- and we could do the same again.

If you do not get it now, it's o.k. it takes time to come out from under government brain washing schemes, games, and training.

If the government is afraid of us, we are bosses: If we are afraid of them, they are tyrants and over-lords, and violating our constitution. Notice we said our constitution. It's ours, not theirs.

They "get you" with a birth certificate when born, send you to their schools, and enroll you in their programs, like social security, and such, which for the most part is unlawful and totally unconstitutional. But until we say stop it, as a nation, it will continue and get worse.

Pray for revival in America and the truth to be known, so we will all be MADE FREE, not set free as is often misquoted.

Get a Blacks Law Dictionary 6th edition, a bible King James version, American Jurisprudence 2nd edition, Shepard's Citations, which has all case law that courts have to obey and old cases stand unless overturned and Sheps will tell you all this and more, and study law, to show yourselves approved.
